Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, all new accounts start off on our basic plan with 100 emails and 15-day free trial

What payment types do you accept?

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, and JCB. We do not accept PayPal or Purchase Orders.

Do you offer high-volume plans?

Yes! Email us to learn about our high-volume pricing.

Do unused emails roll over into the next month?

No. If you are under your email limit at the end of a billing period, the unused emails do not roll over to the next billing period.

Can I switch to a different plan?

Of course! You can upgrade or downgrade at anytime from within our settings.

How do I cancel my account?

We're not interested in having someone's money if they aren't happy. So if at any point you want to cancel Save Cart, you can do so right from your settings - you don't even have to call or email us (unless you have a question). There are no contracts, so anyone can cancel anytime (with a full export of your data).
